		<description>Strong ownership looks to be a great concept from a day to day delivery perspective but remember that it introduces a commercial risk the longer the approach is maintained.  If Worker A continuously tackles the issues then Worker B never has the opportunity to learn enough to be an effective backup  .  We all know that once Worker A joins an agency they are there for life :)</description>
